Thanksgiving is almost here. Which means there’s a lot of planning and preparing that needs to be done. With all that work, it helps to have some good kitchen tools. So I chose six of my favorite must haves to help prepare with the Thanksgiving feast. I found my items at Williams-Sonoma. Most of the following items are Williams-Sonoma exclusives, and can be purchased at their store or online. You can also shop around and find similar items at places, such as Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, or Macy’s.
Turkey Roaster
The top of my List would have to be the All-Clad Stainless Steel Roaster with Rack. What I love about this Roaster is that it is Stainless Steel for easy cleaning. It has very large sides, it’s deep so that reduces splattering. Then the handles which help for easy lifting. Wonderful!

Mashed Potatoes
Second item on my list is actually two items that I love. While most people love the Turkey for Thanksgiving, I love the mashed potatoes! These are my favorite. Since this is one of my favorites of the Thanksgiving meal, I need the perfect tools to help create the perfect Mash Potatoes. They are the Palm Brush & Peeler and The Potato Ricer. The Palm Brush & Peeler is so efficient. They fit right in the palm of your hand and make cleaning and peeling the Potato easy and fun. The Potato Ricer makes your Potatoes the perfect mix of smooth and fluffy. Easy to use and they rest on pots to help make the whole process that much easier. Thermometer
Third on my list would be a Thermometer. Williams-Sonoma has a few choices, but I love the All Clad Oven-Probe Thermometer. It is very easy to use and understand. You can either program the specific temperature yourself, or choose from the preprogrammed USDA- recommended temperatures of meats and poultry.
